Google "45503 lights" and you'll find what you're looking for. Prices tend to vary quite a bit, but don't let em gyp ya with nonsense about "rare, discontinued, hard-to-find, OEM, blah blah blah". These are still in production by Grote, I got mine from Amazon.
I'm replacing my cruddy ones, so the holes and factory wiring is in place...Dennis Carpenter has the harness I think.
As Jonnyuma said, they can be bought almost anywhere. As far as the marks, there are none there to help you out. Find a truck with cab lights, tape a heavy piece of paper across the entire roof. Mark all the holes in the paper and then tape the paper down in the SAME spot on your truck, mark and drill your holes . If you lay it out correctly they will be exactly where they are suppose to be. Running the wire up the windshield post can be fun , I use a still wire first then pull your power wire up with it. Have fun.
Has anyone tried the FP2 visor or the one for a 80-96 f150 on the 79 and back. The roofs seem to be the same rough shape and they are a lot easier to find

They won't fit, roof is Narrower and the piece above the windshield is much smaller on the 1980 up. I just sold a Lund in the summer and the Supercab in my pic has a Lund with the lights. They are getting hard to find I guess , mine was shipped right across the country.
