Not sure I understand what you're asking. It isn't badged as either an F700 or LN700 so I guess I sort of misspoke when I said " I can confirm it isn't an LN7000" . Based on the information you've provided I think it is an L-series-mostly as the sketch shows a fuel tank on the passenger side.

I get your question (once I read your entire response-gotta do that first!)
It is either the L or LN-if the tank is as shown in the sketch then it might not be an L as the tank is rectangular-the one on the page you attached appears to be round on the L series. Additionally, the "step fenders" on the LN look more like what are on this on the drivers side.
Ford seems to have made this more difficult than necessary.
