OK. I drank the Kool-Aid.
Dealer stuck me $250 for window tint, but was otherwise straight up. Gave me fair value for my trade right out of the box.
Deal was just too good.
MSRP - $55,830
Dealer discount - $7449 ($250 less than expected because of damn window tint).
Ford rebate - $3500
FMCC rebate - $500
Ford owner loyalty rebate - $4000
AQHA rebate - $500
Purchase price - $39881
Dealer had 3 almost identical units, 2 green, 1 white, all with the same discount.
White one was sold last week. I took one of the green ones and someone else was test driving the other green one while I was there.
And my apologies to anyone that I pissed off. The truck does not wander.

Yes, except the McDavid family sold out years ago. Now part of Asbury Auto Group.

Man that looks good, my dad has a gem green regular cab. Good deal as well, I gave about 4k less than that for my 6.2 gasser on xplan 1 year ago. The gasser was by choice, but the diesel is an 8k+ option. Mines also an oddly optioned xl with chrome package.

2WD gasser would have been OK with me but none of those around and none that are $16k off MSRP.

That Green Gem is a really, really dark green.
Cloudy today and the truck was dirty. I drove by it a couple of times on the dealer lot before I found it.

American Quarter Horse Assoc.
I joined not quite 3 years ago for $50-$60 because I knew of the $500 rebate and I buy lots of cars.
Actually, no big hard sell at the dealer. But they would not budge from the deal that they offered.
I do not worry about hurting the dealer's feelings. If they do not like the deals, they can just say no.

Thanks, but there is a lot of green paint on this truck. Needs a racing stripe or something.
I bought polished SS nerf bars instead of black. I am hoping that will give it a little pop.
