The other day I replaced fuel filters and changed the oil,put in two new batteries and a alternator. The next day the truck wouldn't start at the store, was turning over just fine. Towed it to a local shop here in colorado, they are saying it needs a new motor. I didn't have any knocking or any other symptoms of a blown motor to my knowledge.. if I do need to replace the motor does anyone have a idea of cost accosciated with this kind of job? I've put so much money in this truck and it continue..

What are you using to monitor? Motorcraft oil filter and cap?
My mistake. I always have a tendency to jump the gun on blaming "professionals". Have rarely ran across people in many different professions that actually knew their job. Can't even count how many times I have paid a "pro" to end up just having to learning how to do it myself to fix the problem correctly.
Apologies to the OP. The most important tool EVERY 6.0 owner should have before they drop a dime on any repairs is a scanner of some sort. The cheapest route is a Bluetooth obd2 adapter & torque pro(android) or forscan(ios) app. This will help you diagnose your truck and get you on the right path to doing repairs that solve the actual problem.
You may have botched the lower O-Ring on the HFCM when you changed fuel filters, see if you are getting fuel first and do find another shop. Things do not add up.
