I had a post all written up and my stupid internet range extender cut out on me.

Anyways, your wiring sounds almost the same except that I don't have an inertia switch cutoff. I did have to tap into the underhood fusebox but I think I'm going to re-route that connection to make it look a little cleaner.

My seat makes me sad as well... there goes 400 bucks I could have put towards my CXracing intercooler setup I was going to get!

They won't cover it? I would think it'd be under warranty.

What fuse did you tie into in the box? The last setup I had just had a terminal that bolted to the outside terminal near the fender.

No way, no how! That kit installed in 3 hours. This one has taken two days. Now, that's counting the fact that I had it backwards LMAO!!!! I went through all the fittings in the heads and had to redo everything LMAO...I told Travis I am still rattled form the El Paso debacle...not thinking straight.

I don't know if they will. I emailed them about the leaks but that was two days ago and I haven't gotten a response. Their phones also don't work.......

I've heard great things about Bar-none which maybe set my expectations much higher than they should have been. I haven't had the greatest experience with this transaction.

The kit was well put together and packaged though, especially the wiring, and lots of the parts seem great quality, its just some of the fittings were a little iffy and contacting them has been somewhat troublesome.

Anyways, I tied into the #5 fuse which is a normal 15 amp fuse in the underhood relay box. I believe it controls the reverse lights and potentially something to do with a towing light hookup or something. Whatever it controls, if it goes out, it won't cause any catastrophic issues.

I do have a wire connect to a terminal on the passenger side fender. It connects to the starter solenoid signal so that when the starter gets power, the pump gets power as well. However this only gives it power when the starter is engaged, which is why there is the oil pressure switch as well (to give it power when it has 5+ psi pressure.)

All this talk about wiring and efuel has got me thinking about mine and how much I'm loving it! About 5000 mi on it now with no major issues, just a couple minor leaks at first.

When I was planning my efuel I was gonna do something like that. As I recall there was a reason I didn''t but I don't remember what it was. Hope you will do a thread on it.

You have to change the hpop cover if it's a 96-97 the earlier ones you got to swap the whole front cover.

Do a frx if you do. The SD system returns at the filter not the heads.
I have a res and filter assy but just couldn't go that route. I'm very happy with the increased filtration .

Well I'd be very happy to have it running by now, but no dice. I was just too over it by the time I got the pump and filter mounted. The 5 year-old kept asking when I was coming in so I had to give it up until this morning. I have wiring to do, HPOP to fill, double check the checks and fire it up. Say a prayer for me.

I was gonna say Corey, you might as well bite the bullet. You'll be glad you did. Put it this way....if someone gave me a choice between injectors and E-Fuel, I'd choose E-Fuel...that's how much I think it's worth it.

The riffraff frx is pretty inexpensive I believe..

I'd do a real fuel system for sure but with good stixs I feel it is impearitive. I might tho build a setup for my brother in laws truck with this stuff for ultra cheap to get him efuel.
