Door Ajar Light

I have a 2011 CC 6.2 gasser. I have found recently that when it is cold the door ajar warning will not go off. This only happens when it is below -15. Above that temperature there is no issue and the warning turns off when I shut the door.

Any thoughts?

I can't say that I have experience with temps that cold, but the door ajar pin switches are plastic. Maybe at the cold temperatures, one of your plastic pin switches isn't working as well?
