I cant. believe I've been to Autozone, Advance Auto Parts and Fisher Auto Parts and I get 3 different types of Moog U-joints for my truck.
I have a 2003 F250 Lariat Super-duty with a 7.3L diesel 156in wheel base. Please Help I know there must be someone that has change these out.

 

Go under your truck and see if the ones on it are numbered. My truck is 4wd and it has the U joints that the stores say go on the 2wd model so I believe it varies by truck.

 

I would highly recommend Spicer non greasable U-Joints. Local driveshaft shops should have them available.

 

Spicer life joints... My 99 takes the 5-1350's...for front and back drive shafts. I know what you mean listings are screwed up. I use em for front axle axle as well...different number.
