Exhaust control valve delete?

Hey guys. My 83 F-250 (351) has a non functioning exhaust control valve that just developed a nasty leak. I have a spare regular style manifold (E8TE-8431-AB) anyone know if I can just swap the manifold over without having to change the Y-pipe?

If you have the manifold with the ball built into the end of it, it should work. Y-pipe is the same. Just make sure the manifold is for a 351w and not a 302.
