Colorado 2017

Looks like we are going to Colorado again this year.
Right now it appears that I will be leaving July 29th to Limon Co. Hang there for a while to refresh and get lightly acclimated, and then meet up with Chad for lunch, then head up into the mountains.
Alternative 1: I may start heading to the mountains to get a campsite locked down mid morning on the 30th
Alternative 2: I may eat pancakes at the KOA, relax, and load up slowly then work my way up to Cripple Creek, or Georgetown and explore.
Alternative 3: I may win the lottery, fly my new helicopter to Desco, buy a jeep off of the lot, and a small chateau up on the mountain, and the local Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen? I would buy a Cold stone Creamery if I was going to buy an Ice cream shop :-)

I don't like my ice cream that cold and hard. I like soft serve. LOL!! In fact, I might have to ask them to microwave it for me.

Plus Dairy Queen has better burgers than Cold Stone.

Didn't win the lottery yet, so looks like Options 1 and 2 are still on track.

I'm probably out again this year. It looks like we will be in Michigan.

Not sure I can afford to go that far with my current salary of 60 dollars a week, unless I skip out on all of the other trips that I have in mind. Maybe they rent Jet powered sand boats? I could maybe afford to go if I didn't have to pull a trailer up.

So 5 weeks would pay for 3 hours.

I may change my mind..

Of course its still cheaper than hauling my junk up there, breaking it and still having to haul it home.

If you haul your junk up there and break it---- you will walk with a limp!
