Mom is getting excited! I am so glad to see that, after the month she has had.
I say make a list of trails you want to do, then have everyone else do it as well, as for me, just being in Colorado is good enough for me, I don't care what trails we do.
I prefer trails with little waterfalls and lots of trees, and rocks to look at, but a mix of them is good too.
I will focus on getting the vehicles dependable, then secondary will be the CBs I will try to have everything done by this weekend, guess if I don't, it may just not get done.
I feel like I will be able to get the CB in my jeep up and going, but no promises at this point. I think getting the tow rig one done is going to be fairly easy, I bought an all in one magnetic antenna (needs tuned still) I may see if Terry has an swr meter I can borrow.
I got my spark plugs last night, so I will probably do one at a time unless I don't have the spark plug wrench, then I will hit Del up to borrow his.
Ugh I sat on my but at the club meeting-- didn't do anything :-( gotta pull wire tonight and Sunday have 3 shocks changed on my truck- need to do the 4th- nee to install bottoms of rear seats- see why battery went dead- and install cbs-
I got the other four replaced, all 8 are new and replaced now. Truck runs pretty close to the same with the last 4 new as it did with the first 4, but its good to have them done!
Now I can focus on the CB's over the weekend, and start setting out things I am going to take.
Ran cable all weekend-- 10 cameras down 14 to go- did nothing to trucks-- fell off ladder and bruised a rib and my ego- dropped Carolyn's phone from about 15 feet - broken- Just kinda a stressful weekend
Honestly its better to just hire an electrician to do those things. They can do them faster and less risk to you. It may cost a little more, but in the end, its worth it.
