So as of yesterday afternoon, my truck was stolen from under my nose. It was parked for about an hour and a half and they got it. It really pisses me off because this is the second time it has been stolen. The last time it was stolen was about 3 years ago and when we got it back, the motor was blown and we put about $2300 into the truck to get it back running. So pretty much, life sux without a truck, but i'll keep reading the boards.

 

That sucks. Hope you get it back in good condition.

 

How do they steal a vehicle with a PATS security system?

 

It's a 97, no Pats back then.

Man I hope you get that truck back!! It's sad around here the car theft is so common that last time a car was stolen from the parking lot where I work, the cops took the report over the phone. They didn't come out and didn't care to see the security camera video.

 

97 was the first year for PATS on the F150, though it may have been optional.

Mustang has had it since 94 or 95

I had a 93XLT F150 X-cab stole out of my driveway.It only had 33k original miles on it.I cant describe the feeling that overcame me when I woke up and looked out my window and didnt see it.I didnt know wheather to cry or have a heart attack! I wish you the best of luck getting it back!
