I have a place that likely can get the right parts if you till want to go that route.
You will need to call and talk to them so that they know what you want.
Ask for Scott. he can get you the right parts or point you to the person that can.
This is the place I send anyone local that is having problems. They sell Spicer
not Dorman.

So, right now I'm pretty ticked off. Rockauto, who sold me the "Excursion" axles that actually fit a Dana 60, is telling me that I have to eat shipping both ways to return the axles because I must have replaced my original Dana 60 axle with a Dana 50. I explained to him after getting the wrong axles I found out why they were wrong, that the Excursion came with a Dana 50...no Excursion came with a Dana 60. Finally we came to an agreement that they would contact Dorman tomorrow to see if it is an incorrect listing.
Ha ha yep, I found some of that once I realized the axles Rockauto had sent were wrong and I wanted to figure it out. Wish I had known all that before I ordered.
And thanks for hooking me up with info! Hopefully they realize their catalog is wrong and do what's right. Well, at least what's right according to me.
So, fortunately Rockauto confirmed today that their catalog listing is indeed incorrect. They sent pre-paid shipping labels and will refund all of my money, including the original shipping I paid. It doesn't get me back the time and expense of taking apart the front end, new seals, and putting it back together...which I will have to do AGAIN...but better than nothing.
Yep, not cheap! At one point I was so frustrated (front end has been apart and back together twice due to first doing balljoints and finding axle problem, then taking front end apart only to find axles were wrong, so it's going to have to come apart...again. And each time requires new EXPENSIVE seals...) that I almost considered going deep into my credit card and just upgrading to a Dana 60 assembly
But now just going sort of half hog...decided to replace both axle sides and keep driver's side used axle as a spare
Outer stub shafts, seals and bearings are all the same for 1999-2004 whether it is D50 or D60.
To late now but would have been perfect time to swap a D60 in and be done.

Good thing Rock-Auto worked with you and corrected the issue. The service from them seams solid when I have called for warranty or return stuff.
Thanks for the follow-up on RockAuto! I've bought many parts from them over the years and have never had an issue. Glad to hear that they did the right thing if I ever had to go down that road.
