Looking at that Pic there are a lot of leafs in that spring pack .
Could it be that you were using u bolts for an F100 , and maybe an f250 has to use longer u bolts due to the thicker spring pack ?
Maybe Number Dummy could confirm if there are different u bolts between the models ?
I wondered that too. The master parts catalog shows that they use the same size u-bolt, but that could be wrong.
One thing to look at is the exact type that is used, it has to do with the hardware that secures the spring pack on top, a square U-bolt won't hold right where a semi-round is used.
I wondered this too, but since all replacements offered by suppliers look to be square, I figured I didn't have too many options.
Finding u-bolts at all that are less than 2" proved to be difficult.
Although, I didn't ask ESPO if they had semi-round options. I was just tickled they had the width and length required.
