CAB AIR DIVERTOR

I have a 2001 F 250 with 76,000 miles on it. When I have wither the heat or the air on, it only blows the conditioned air out the drivers vents and not out of the passenger vents. I heard somewhere thagt there is an air diverter inside of the dash. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how do I fix it.

Thanks,
Gary

Make certain that the individual vent outlets on the passenger side are not closed.

There is nothing in there that is supposed to cause the airflow to to switch from left to right (or back). Either the outlets are closed or you have some foreign object (critter nest, plastic bag, whatever) in there blocking airflow to the right.
