Little tough to read your short hand.........we don't Tex around here......
Check out this Link, you might find something that lead to the problem.
If you replaced the injectors, did you check the intake manifold for vacuum leaks?? And yea, you need to replace the gasket on the plenum for the injectors.
Have you pulled any plugs and check them?? Check the rotor and cap?
Check the timing? Timing off could kill the mpg's.
Another thing that can kill the mileage is the EGR valve. Link here.
Plugged catalytic converter, that would show up as a lack of power.
Don't quite get this.......'having a rare oil shooting out on passenger side'
Unless the valve cover is leaking, the oil can come out the PVC gasket. This would be noticed on the right back side of the engine.
This can be fixed with a $2 gasket. Is the PVC working or filled with oil??
If the engine has extreme internal pressure, the oil will "blow" out the PVC. Do you have excess oil in the bottom of the air filter??
have you checked for fuel leaks in you lines and tank , the gas has to be going some where. the van would not run if that much extra fuel was being injected into the engine
