windshield rear view mirror loose

windshield rear view mirror loose
I've searched high and low here on FTE, but have not found a solution. So...my question: Is there a way to tighten the rear view mirror that is at windshield? It's not the mount at the windshield, but the mirror.

Mine is really loose...and it is totally annoying. Cannot see anything in it...because it's moving so much. The only time it is kind of decent is when driving on smooth (and I mean smooth) roads.
I've looked, but do not see a set screw or something to tighten it down. Any tips, tricks, or suggestions...really appreciated!!
