Question Carb and Intake ?

What if any benefit would be gained by running a 4bbl dual plane intake on my 302 with the adapter to fit the stock 2bbl carb?

None except the ability to drop a 4V on it later.

i agree, the smaller primaries on the 4bbl give you better mileage over the 2bbls as long as the foot stays out of the pedal and the power is there if you need it with the 4bbl.

The intake would free up some power, but save the dough on the cheesy adapter plate and just get a cheap 600 holley.

Carb and Intake ?

A reman 4bbl 600 edelbrock is only 200 from summit, jegs as far as new or reman carbs go that's not too bad. Good luck

just get a new edelbrock 1406 600cfm for 250
