OEM auto spell does that. Just get stainless ones, I'll post a link in a minute.

I'll look those up. I have 2 questions what are the difference between the silicone ones and the ones with the steel rings around the outside? And what kind of EGT reductions are you seeing?
If you get that when running less than 2k RPM, then yeah that happens. get the revs up more.
maybe boost or exhaust leak?
leaf blower on exhaust and spray foamy liquid soap on every flange/ connector
on turbo intake make a adapter from a 3 in Fernco coupling (measure before buying in case different) and a 3 in PVC cap with short piece of pipe in it, drill 1/4 NPT fitting for air chuck, place other Fernco end on turbo and pressurize to 20 psi with a regulator then look for leaks at all connections and intake runners
Weak fuel pump pressure can cause high EGTs as well since boost is reduced from lack of fuel, should never be less than 40 PSI WOT in third gear. A liquid filled gauge and a length of grease gun hose with a few fittings can allow the gauge to be read out side of the hood.
Ok since you bring up fuel.pressure I have noticed that the pickup lopes or idles rough after it worms up or idles for a extended time could this be from lack of fuel.pressure as well. I got on her tonight and she only created 16 lbs boost at WOT and I got the EGTs to 1250 and that was no trailer and on flat ground any ideas or comments?
The loping idle can be caused by bad IPR O rings or injector O rings. Fuel pressure can be checked via the shreader valve with a simple tire gauge and for the WOT test. Under load you will need a gauge and hose long enough to read pressure from the cab, ideling should be 50-75+ psi and at WOT should not dip below 55 psi
