If I'm not mistaken.....Ford did not offer a step bumper from the factory back then.
Most were dealer installed aftermarket bumpers, so you would have to get with the bumper Mfg. to find out.......If they are even still in business
Genuine Ford Styleside (body style 99) step bumpers introduced in 1969, chrome & painted versions were available. The brackets were separate parts.
But dealers continued to offer aftermarket step bumpers for both Flareside & Styleside. Aftermarket step bumper brackets were usually welded to the bumper.
And btw: Back then, most people used full size station wagons or IHC Travel/Carry-All's or Chevy Suburban's to tow travel trailers.
