I just called the shop I bought the shock from and asked if the drag link was different on the f250 vs f350, and they said no they both have the same for part number.
Maybe you where sent the Fox shock for a jeep?
I have the same part number Fox you do. The eye bracket on mine looks like yours. Can you show me a picture of how the other end clamps to the tie rod?
thanks for the help
Mine has the same long "eye" end. It has the same part number engraved on the end as yours does.
My stock stabilizer was part # 24-19624
Measured 16 1/2" compressed and 28 1/2" extended from eye to eye
The Fox says 17.15" collapsed which is why it doesn't fit. If I put the clamp where yours is, my eye is sticking past the bracket by nearly 1". I can't tell from your pix how many threads that you have going into the other side of the clamp but our tie rods might be the same diameter
If I can get the clamp to fit I can fab a bracket to extend the eye end, but before I do that give me a review of the product. Does it help remove the looseness in the steering and does it help remove the bump steer?
Last question if you don't mind, how much space do you have between the two halves of the clamp? I didn't try to install mine but it looked like only a couple of threads were going to engage the other side.
Thanks
So whats the end result with these aftermarket steering stabilizers? Are you noticing major improvement? I can honestly say my 17 6.7 350 pulls in different directions when going over certain bumps or uneven roads. You would thing and 80K truck wouldnt have this problem.

Supposed to help with bump steer and looseness. I put a Rancho on my 05 and couldn't tell any difference. I had a BDS on my '15 and couldn't tell any difference. The advantage of the Fox is that it's adjustable to 24 different settings so you can tweak it to your liking. I was comparing mine to the stock one and it looked like about 16 - 18 clicks was equal to the stock one. I was going to start at 18 and go up from there but it didn't fit.

I like it better than the factory stabilizer, it's a noticeable improvement. I have the adjusting screw adjusted 4 clicks out from all the way firm.
The gap on the billet clamp might be 1/8" on one side and a little more on the other. I can get exact gap measurements if you need.
I would mount the eyelet in the factory hole, and clamp it on before the drag link hole like I did and cycle it back and forth. I bet it's good. With the shock shaft being a through design, I don't think fully compressing it matters. My steering cycles fully to the steering stops.
Just using the factory location I could not get full lock to the right because the rod bottomed out against the cylinder. So I built my own bracket to extend it about 1" farther. Due to the front sway bar I had to put it at an angle. So that it wouldn't move I welded the tip of my bracket to the frame. Mine is currently sitting on 21 clicks, any more and turning the steering wheel starts to get hard. I will drive it awhile and see if my 4 hours of work was worth it.

Nice work! I think it's worth the effort, still weird how our trucks are different.
I spoke with Fox tech support today. The tech informed me that they currently DO NOT make a 2.0 ATS steering stabilizer specifically for the 2017 super duty. Their website info "incorrectly" says that they have one for the 2017. This information was posted in "error".
They expect to have one in 2018.

Wonder why they didn't fix the error months ago when I told them I had to make a custom bracket for mine?
From my experience with it, It didn't help my problem anyway

I agree with you !! Their website still says that it fits the 2017 super duty..... customers are ordering these thinking that they will fit. I became suspicious when their website didn't offer a instruction manual for the install specific to the 2017.
They sure seem like they could care less......
