Two upgrades today

I have the bed sprayed with Line-X and I installed a Bakflip MX4.

Don't mind the dirty truck or the silly hitch. I have a WeighSafe showing up tomorrow

The pucks for the 5th wheel hitch and the gooseneck are loosely sitting in the bed in this pic. They were a real pain to put back on with the Line-X but another member had mentioned letting them sit in hot water for a few minutes. This worked great.

Those are the same exact options I want. I got the LineX installed and Linex will also install a BackFlip(OEM'ed) with a life time guarantee. Did you do that?

There are 4 Backflips. Fiberglass and Aluminum. What made you choose the MX4???

Thanks

I bought and installed the MX4 myself. Very easy to install. I choose it based on seeing it and others in person. I like the flip option and the flush install.

I had my Line-x done today and paid for my MX4 as well. It'll be installed next week. Also found out my BF Goodrich KO2s are in. Gunna have them put on this weekend. Always feels awesome when all the add-ons come together!

Did you order your truck? I'm wonder which tires I'll get. I have the FX4 package, and I ordered the 275/70/R18 BSW tires.

I did order it. I did not specify the tires but I know when I selected the FX4 package it changed the tires.

I opted not to get the FX4 package and got stuck with Continental tires. It's better to spring $300 just for better tires alone. I wish I knew at the time.

The two AT tire options are GY Wrangler AT Adventure and Micheline LTX AT2. You can't choose which you get. It's based on what the plant has the day the truck rolls down the line. Also, you don't need to get the FX4 to get AT tires. They are also a stand alone option.

I have had excellent luck with Continental tires . Personally I would not walk across the street for a set of new Goodyears if they were trying to give them away...........

There is nothing wrong with the AS offering from Conti. They last and last but if you ever need to run in the snow, forget about it.
