I purchased two from Harbor Freight. I don't remember how strong they are supposed to be but I drilled two holes in each side of the frame just behind the front bumper. I use them all the time to pull cars and trucks around the shop here. I've even pulled a road maintainer around quite a bit. Never had any issues with them. I don't know that I would use them for tie downs for any extended time but for pulling they work just great.
