Will the air hvac setup in an 83 f250 work in a bumpside?

Are you talking about the parts in the engine compartment or the interior parts?

1. You don't say if it's for a I-6 or a V8.

Only the compressor can be added to a I-6 and with special mounting bracket for the compressor could be use on a 360/390 V8

When asking questions please get more info details.
