Touch up paint for grill
#2
Not on my F150 (haven't needed to), but I've used the DupliColor spary before on other vehicles. It's not a perfect match, color or finish, as factory paint, but looked better than the scuff that I was trying to cover/hide. But what do you expect for $8.
I used different coarseness of scratch bright pads to prep the area, and then several very light coats of spray. Then, when good and dry, some polishing compound to help blend better.
I'll be the first to admit I'm not a paint/body guy.
I believe if you do the entire grill, you get a better match than trying to "touch up" an area.
I will also add, some auto paint shops will do a computer color match of your vehicle , to make up for any fading, and custom mix and put into spary cans for you, the first can is costly, additional cans are cheaper.
