There are a few other options at play that would make one truck have a harsher (or more stiff) ride than the next. If you have 3.31 gears, the front springs by default are softer, any higher gears would force a Heavy Duty Front suspension. Also snow plow and camper packages may force a heavy duty front suspension package on the truck. Check the VIN in ETIS to see if this option was built into the truck.
A platinum vs XLT or off road package may have less to do with the ride quality because of standard shocks vs rancho shocks. The giant front suspension springs on the truck would definitely make the ride harsher.
Skyline00... you used the 677 ones for a 0-1" lift ? I thought you had a 3" front lift? I used the 677's for a 0 -1" lift and they would top out, so I returned and went with the 646's for a 2-3" lift and worked much better with the 1 1/2 extra length.
