I looked up the upper balljoints, the 2wd takes a different joint than the 4wd. So that's a red flag there that the bushing probably won't interchange.
I don't know the exact math behind it but I know you have to find the angle that the wheel is leaning at and then you use that angle to figure out the degree from there.
The alignment machine at the shop tells them what they need after they get it all hooked up and setup on the rack, and they turn the wheels back and forth.
