Need help ASAP!



I have a 1990 Ford F250 7.5L v8 2WD.A few weeks ago I added oil(the correct kind) and the truck began to have a ticking sound from under the truck and when I'm slowly accelerating at 35mph to 45mph there is a shudder from the entire truck. Also when I hit 70mph the truck runs terribly. I thought it was the U-Joints so I replaced those but thet where not the cause. I individually pulled the spark plug wires off the distributor as the truck was idling and the tick was constant. The truck has plenty of transmission fluid(right color right smell) and is shifting properly. It is however running rich and it does not have the usual deep rumble when accelerating. The truck has 168000 miles.

run your engine in the dark and see whether there are any sparks visible under the hood.

there is no check engine light on so I have not

I'm not up on the modern rigs, but codes are stored even if CEL is not illuminated? At least on some rigs anyhow.

you are looking for stray sparks coming from anywhere along the ignition system.
you can still have codes with no CEL on, so go ahead and pull codes too.

I got code 11 and 32....11 is system clear and 32 is EGR not responding during test

You can not get a "11 and 32....11" codes.
If you got 11 from the KOEO electrical test then you would not get any othe codes except another 11.
If you then got a 11 after that then you would not get any other codes in the stored code read out (CM) except another 11.
