Check for slack between the accelerator pump and throttle linkage . Retarded Timing can also cause this. Vacuum advance is easy to diagnose, remove the distributor cap, pull the vacuum hose to it loose at it's source (front hose on the distributor if there's two, pull loose where it leads to from the distributor) Then while watching the advance mechanism inside the distributor, suck on the hose and see if the breaker plate moves inside the distributor. If it does not move, the plate is either stuck or the vacuum diaphragm is ruptured. The vacuum diaphragm pod can be changed by itself.

OK, I did exactly what you said but I checked the vacuum line first and it was cracked so I used a good peace of hose and it didn't move but I heard the air leaking out the diaphragm so it's a busted diaphragm. Now I know what's wrong just gotta find the time to fix it 😏. Thanks again baddad457.
