Im tracking the same steering gear as in the US, but, it was a popular upgrade especially for 2wd models to fit in aftermarket steering gears. Most of the ones I have seen are mounted with 4 bolts rather than the typical 3 on 2wd models and have different pitman arms.

It can't be the same as on the US models.....it mounts on the other side of the truck.......probably the same internals, but the case would have to be reversed........Just my 2 cents worth....
