2019 f150 xl center headrest removal

Finally was able to remove the front center headrest on a f150 xl supercab.
Had to use 2 pairs of channel-locks & some electrical tape to hold each channel-lock pushing in the buttons for each pipe/post, then lifted out.
It wouldn't budge with just 1 person (me) trying.

Hmm. I need to investigate my FIL's F450 again then. Because he wanted that headrest out, but I could not figure out how to make it come out. Knowing that the buttons are slightly different will make a world of difference.

The buttons are flush. Just feel for them and squeeze both at once while pushing the head rest up at the same time. I took the center headrest out of our F350 at work in 10 seconds.
