So my 2015 Denali sold super fast, I'm doing an in and out at the dealership to save on taxes. I found a dealer that has a new black platinum nearly identical to how I would order it. Problem is all of the dealers here are selling platinums as soon as they hit the lots so there hard to come by. Sticker on this truck is $78,520 and they will sell it for $73,080. Is that a fair deal?

If you are happy with the price and the dealer is then its a win-win for everyone isn't it? It doesn't matter what price you get someone will always have a better deal then yours!!!!!!!!
That's a fair deal. You have to consider what the market is like for these trucks. You'd better jump on it before someone else does. You'll love the truck.

Considering he's doing the in/out, then yes.
Very close to the deal I got on the same truck, just about.
I paid 66500 for a Lariat so for a Platinum that sounds about right and the fact that they sell fast tells you that whatever a fair price is this is what you will have to pay to get one. I agree with Kansas Gary, if you end up with what you want and you are happy then if the guy down the street paid a little less for his it don't really mater. When we are paying this kind of money a couple thousand is about 2% of the price.
Life is about being happy with what you have not keeping track of numbers...I just wish my wallet would agree with me.
That includes the 1k rebate. Dealer says this price is invoice plus the rebate.
If its on the lot and what you want see if you can do any better. If not, play the dealer game and order if you can wait or just pay what they want and be happy.
FYI, I ordered an F 350 KR, CC, SB, 4x4 that had an MSRP $300 over your platinum. My deal which includes the $1k rebate AND dealer processing fee was $70,811 + TTL.

This is about $1.5k better than I worked out. I think you did quite well.

Reason: Mistatement
Just got my platinum today. Traded in my '15, they gave me 52 for it. Sticker on the new one was 76,355, plus 135 for floor mats and 600 for B&W turnover hitch. My OTD price was 71,208. That includes TT&L.

No one knows what you paid when you list what you paid and that price includes TTL. Everyone pays different TTL. The best number and only way to guage what deals are being achieved is to list the sales price - your rebate + Delear fees and leave TTL entirely out of the equation.
Mine was 71,811 - 1k rebate + $0 processing fee(I think they normally charge $399 or $499) as they agreed to waive it. I ordered and now wait.....
