steering wheels
has anyone had any experience with using a stock 56 wheel for example on a newer column, and how did you do it if so ?

I have a 56 f100 with an ididit column,the guy that I bought it from put that column and a banjo wheel in.it looks real good and I am very happy with it

I have made older steering wheels work on newer columns, Cut the center section out of a newer wheel and weld it into the older wheel. I then use Dura glass to fill in where the plastic was removed .
