Warn Manual Locking Hubs

This is tough to explain so here goes my best. I have 2001 Limited v10 with Warn manual locking hubs and when I turn them to lock and start to drive, randomly I'll feel in the my feet through the floorboard a kind of clicking feeling. When I engage the 4x4 it goes away and when I disengage, it will come back randomly, can't find a pattern as to when it starts up again. The drivers side lock is more difficult to turn than the passenger side is.

Hoping that I do not need to replace since my wife is 2 days past her due date with our first child at this point.

Any ideas? Can I spray PB Blast or with that ruin the hubs?

Would be worthwhile checking the u-joints in the axle driveline, inboard of the Warns. If they run outta grease and bind, you can get some sounds, vibrations, steering feedback, etc. Congratulations on the new family.
