locked up

I now think my 97 V10 is locked up. Showing 68k miles. Haven't used it much lately have just cranked it up and let it run for a couple of minutes at a time. The other day I went to check the anti freeze and there wasn't any in the reservoir. I filled it up and cranked the engine up. It started up ,made a noise, and I shut it off. I checked the reservoir and it was empty again and the motoer won't turn over anymore. I think it's hydraulically locked up.

any suggestions what i should try to do?

No sign of A/F anywhere?
When in doubt..pull plugs.
