Tune up time
I have a 2000 X with a little over 70k on it. V10 Gas. I'm having the tranny tuned up soon. I had the fuel filter done a couple months ago. The air filter is a K & M. What else do I need to do to tune it up? I want to do the plugs even tho they are 100k plugs. I did my ranger when it had 50k and one of the plugs broke off. I'd like to do it before the weather starts to get cold.
By the way what should I do before I try and take the plugs off. Don't want to snap one off again.

I did my plugs on my 00 V-10 this weekend at 85K miles. The original plugs in it had gaps nealy TWICE what the recommendation was. I used NGK's, seems to run and start much better now. I refuse to belive ANY spark plug can go to 100K miles and still be efficient!
