66 Econoline Falcon

I have a 66 Eco that has a dented front, between windshield and the bumper. If there a way to remove this to repair or ????

They can all be repaired. Depends on your skills or how deep your pockets are.

I understand this. I guess they were not manufactured to remove short of cutting.

No, they weren't. Really though, as far as ease of access goes, one of the easiest panels to work on.

Thanks Wolfster. When I worked for a communication company back in 67, my service van was 64 econoline. It would get stuck on wet grass, but a real kick to drive

Sometimes you can bang out the dent.

I've seen used front sheet metal on eBay every now and then.

If I could get to the back side of it would be no problem. I will watch Ebay for one. If nothing else I will have my son cut it out straighten it and weld it back. Thanks for the reply

Remove the headlight trim remove the air boxes on each side. If you have the underdash mount heater, you can drop it down. Remove the door card panel and any insulation. Remove letters. Easy access to both sides with hammer and dolly. Heat shrink if and as needed.

Don't "overthink" the problem. Don't "overthink" the solution.
