Yeah but I'm not sure if it will fit on that bracket because the 03 and 05 brackets are different. I know you can put an 03 turbo on an 05-07 but I don't know if the 05 will fit on an 03. You might have to cut that back bracket piece off lol

I'd not attempt it until I had the 05 pedestal to go with the turbo.

 

But will the 05 pedestal bolt up to my 03?

 

05 pedestal won't fit the 03 turbo. You can put an 03 bracket on an 05 Motor and then bolt an 05 turbo on.

 

Correct me if I am wrong but you won't be able to use the back bolt on the turbo.

 

Correct Mike, only two bolts. You want an 03 bracket for an 03 turbo. You want an 03 turbo because it's bigger and it's a whistler as well, compared to an 05-07.

A good portion of the 04's had the good turbo.

 

I've always wondered if some of the 04's got the 10 vane version.
Kids friend has an 05 with pretty much exact same exhaust, and it's pretty tame compered to ours.

 

I can hear the difference in mine to another 04 without the good turbo.
