The coolant to oil leak culprit is usually the intake gasket. The intake manifold has to come off to fix it. Then obviously you need to do an oil change after.

You can cut the cooling lines running to the cooler, but that raises two problems. The first is you'll have to install an auxiliary cooler so you don't burn up your tranny. The second problem is that since the cooler is leaking into the radiator you'll have to be sure to plug the two cooling ports nice and tight or coolant will come out of them. You best bet is to just change the radiator and flush out the cooling system.
