Radiator support hole location

Mine are completely boogered due to rust and some old school 1970s body repair on the slightly tweaked frame horns. Anyone have measurements and or pics they can share so I can weld some patches in and cut holes in the right spots? Here is what I have now.

Welcome to FTE and the Bumpside Kingdom!
I can't help but you might PM Gembone. He's got a Ford body specs book.

Thanks

I just sent Gembone a PM. I was hoping someone else here had their front clip off and could just lay a tape for me. Timing is everything.

I can't tell you an exact measurement because mine is together and I modified the front of my frame anyway. What I would do is patch the frame and temp. bolt the interfenders and support on then take a sharpie and mark the inside of the hole.

The body builders book has been scanned and uploaded on the FORDification.com - The 1967-1972 Ford Pickup Resource site. I can upload some pics of the pages but might not have the clarity they do.

40.65-18.55= 22.1 inches from the axle center to the front body hole. I think I did that right. I can't see what the body hole dia. is suppose to be. Unless it's 1.86 like the cab mount holes???

Be aware that there are TWO different 1967/72 F100/350 radiator supports.

One was only used with the Super Cooling radiator, as it has a larger opening radius.

C7TZ-16138-A .. Radiator Support-Use with standard/xtra cooling and A/C radiators that measure approx. 26 1/4" high x 19 3/4" wide.

C7TZ-16138-B .. Radiator Support-Use with Super Cooling radiator that measures approx. 26 1/4" high x 24 1/8" wide.

From the frame horn it is 8" to the hole center. If you measure from the second hole forward it is 7 3/8". My core support bushings are still very attached as I haven't beat them off yet. I hope this is the info you needed.

Thanks everyone for pictures and measurements! Very helpful and greatly appreciated. If anyone figures out the diameter of the hole that would be great too. Thanks again.
