1970 F350 Cab replacement

Does anyone know where I would start looking for a cab for my 1970 F350? I was going to replace as needed the parts that have rusted and needed to be repaired floor and front cab supports - Those I have found. Then looking at things I noticed that the head liner was in need of repair -- after removing the trim and hard board I looked at the front window area to find the complete section (half round between the window and head-liner is past repair. I can not find anyone the sells a replacement section for this area. I do not have the correct equipment to try to reproduce the section. So with all that said it looks like replacing the cab with one in better shape to start would be the correct and less costly way to move forward. I put a hold on the start of my 54 F2 project to do this one first because we use this truck to pull are race car hauler. Any info would be a great help in my search for a replacement CAB.
