Talking Diablo Delta Chip

I own a 2000 F-150 w/ 4.6L engine. I am interested in purchasing the Diablo Delta chip that can be programed to improve the towing of a 5th wheel. Can I get a towing program for 93 octane and another for 87 octane? With the present day gas prices, I'd like the option.

I realize the 93 octane program does more, what will the 87 octane do? And is it even worth getting?

Yes, an 87 octane program can be made for towing. What it will do is firm up shifts, raise shift points, give a slight hp increase at wide open throttle and some cases torque converter lockup parameters changed. It will not give added power at other throttle settings.
