Help decoding a 1970 11 digit VIN

Would love to get help decoding the following 11 character VIN:
E34GHC87189

If the vin decodes the same as an F series of that year, it would be an Econoline 300 with a 302.

Ford_Six,

This VIN I am trying to decode is from a Pennsylvania Title. I have no idea at all what the vehicle looks like. I am trying to see if its an incomplete vehicle that was built as something else ?? or is it actually a Van ? Any help in decoding all of the characters in the VIN would be awesome.

From: Marlboro Mental Hospital.

1969 ford econoline 300 series van.
E-300 cargo van(E34) with a 302 engine(G) made in Loraine Ohio(H) and built in feburary of 1968(unit #C87189)

Thanks for the info on the VIN, I just found out from a friend this vehicle has been transformed into a Trolley Car. We were trying to find out what the heck the vehicle used to be. I did a free vin check and verified the title was indeed for a FORD.

You helped to confirm what type of ford it used to be.

Im not trying to hijack this, but I have the VIN # for a 1978 F-250 4X4 I had and I would like to be able to see who the owner is now or if it's wrecked,etc. I would like to buy it back if I could. Any suggestions? VIN is - F26SNAJ6524
