I'm totally amazed! After waiting two days for a reply- I called MidFifty for an answer to a price match request of Mac's price and I was told that they can't price match it and I should jump on the deal from Mac's Ford Parts. Even with the cancelled parts- the order was still $150.

Why would MF suggest that I go to another vendor- especially since I've been a good customer? They hopefully know that after a customer uses someone else, there's a good chance MF won't see them again. But what do I know?

 

I just received my order 24hrs after I placed it! They are a customer first business. I cannot say enough about how pleasant they are to deal with.

 

I hate to say it, but I keep having poor experiences with MF. From orders being cancelled, to issues with items received, to poor customer service. Also, price matching should be an easier task to accomplish. Its sad that they didnt do it on the spot like most companies do
