2004 Ex rear u-joint

Does anyone know the correct part numbers for the rear u-joints on an 04 6.0 4x4 Ex?

I believe it's a 1410 u joint, that's all you need to know to get a replacement. Beyond that your choices are the cheapo sealed ones, the greasable ones, or the super strength greased for life ones.

I went with a moog U-joint, can't remember the part number but I do remember being asked if it was a 4" or 4.5".

In my case it was the larger one, not sure if that has something to do with me being 4x4.
