This guy says he had these on his excursion without spacers. I looked in the tech file and could not find any 20s listed for our trucks. Did I miss something? If there is a possibility the will work without spacers, are they close to a good price?
They appear to be both "lug-centric" and "hub-centric" applications.
Either that or they have been redrilled for a slightly different bolt pattern, the non-factory holes look to be a tiny bit inside the stock bolt circle. Maybe the OBS bolt pattern?

I think you are right Tom. Someone drilled the wheels to get another bolt pattern, at least when compared to the wheels on my excursion.
You can run factory 20" but have to have spacers. Like others above said, no way in the world I wold run those with the extra holes drilled into them.
Here's mine with PlastiDip on them

How is that plastidip holding up for you? I had a friend do a chrome wheel and it was peeling writhin a week... I'm certain he did something wrong just wondering how it wears when done correctly

Its holding up way better than I thought. Only one small chip around a wheel weight and another on a rear center cap where I tried to pry it off.
I watched several of PlastiDip's youtube video's from their site and followed them exactly. 5 thin coats and its been great.
I also did the chrome trim strip in the side cladding and its holding up great as well.
