Tires: 31's or 33's
As some of you may know by now I have a 1980 F-150 4X4. On a previous thread I asked what was the biggest tire I could fit under the Truck.
Users Recommended 31's for stock height.
Has Stock gears and c6 Auto Trans. The truck currently has 28in leftover tires just to be able to move around the yard.
Does anybody know if I can fit 33x12.5's or 33x10.5's with a 1.5 RC leveling kit? (NO RUBBING)
If you have pictures of your Bullnose on either of these tire sizes, drop a pic!
Thanks!

Leveling kits do not work well on these trucks. You can run into alignment issues the way the suspension works. If you want to run 33's, go with a full fledged 4 inch lift kit.
31's with the stock rims can still rub on the radius arm up front when turning tight in the parking lot, and can rub in the rear when you hit a bump with a load of wood in the back. But it's minor rubbing, and aftermarket rims will get rid of most of it with 31's.
Have you seen trucks with no lift and 33's? I think they look too big for a stock height truck, and of course they rub all the time.

Welcome to FTE.
I don't necessarily remember what exact truck you or anybody else here has, but here's what I've noticed....
Just about ALL of your new threads are being started in the FAQs subforum... I've been moving them into the main forum but figured I'd say something seeing as how you seem to be creating a fair number of them... can you please try and create them inside the main forum and not in a subforum? Thanks!

Leveling kits work but Puck Lifts are terrible for alignment. full spring leveling works wonders i have installed alot of pucks and springs and do the alignments after and springs are the way to go. if you wanna get a little more height out of the front end. Rough Country offers leveling springs for like 120 or something close. Plus there springs are softer then puck lifts mean you not sacrificing much ride quality. pair a leveling spring with good shocks and you can put those 33s on just remember. stocks wheels is where you may run into trouble the width and offset can make it rub or make it not.
