You've been here all alone, Jim! I'll pull up a chair and set awhile.

Just a busywork weekend for me. Helping folks work on their trucks, Friday was an 01 f150 that blew out another spark plug and coil pack, next was a 91 Toyota that got valve stem seals, brakes and fresh oil, and today was a 62 f350 that got plug wires, fresh oil and a couple little oil leak fixes.

Sounds like busy weekend stuff. I spent the day going to church in Kerman (a friend's church) then going to their house and watched the last half of the Packers/Cowboys game, and then came home. Now I am going to kick back relax and probably play Xbox for awhile.

My wife insisted that we NOT connect water to the 'fridge ice maker because of the problems you're seeing. Can't say that I actually miss having an ice maker.

Well at least not with Compression fittings and plastic line, I went back with the braded steal line ,that has the pressure anti flood stop valve , with a threaded fitting for everything and not Compression , the hardwood floor I installed 14 years ago is staying good so far , I have the Fans on directed under cabinet and pointed at the missing baseboard I pulled for air flow, been hitting it with bleach to keep the mold growth under control , I'm hoping enough bleach went under cab on the big flood other wise I'm in deep SH!# .

Good luck with the dehydration.

Adios to Gene Cernan. Last person to have set foot on the moon; for now. One of the three people to travel to the moon twice (Apollo 10, and Apollo 17).

Looks like I'll be dodging PG&E this morning as the gas crew is working on replacing the lines in our neighborhood.

I can't remember exactly, but the no parking barricades may have said through August

It was fun in a twisted sort of way to watch the contractor, school bus, kids and trash truck try and get around each other this morning.

Thank goodness I don't have anything parked on the street, unlike some of my neighbors.

Happy Humpeth Day Nor Cal.

Get to go to HUD today and find out why my rent is jumping up to $302 from $281. Rent here is the same as it was at old apt, but I am told my portion is now $302. My income went up a grand total of $3. So if anything, my portion should only go up $3, not $22.
