Cloyes 8-1014 advanced setting

I just want to make sure I have the gears set correctly for advanced timing. The only instructions I can find show timing chains and sprockets, not gears.

Is this correct?

Measure twice, cut once.

I would ck the Cloyes site. The set I have, from Cloyes, came with instructions--that I don't have access to here.

I believe you have the correct setting, but I would ck their site to confirm b/f I put the engine together.

You may need to degree the cam to be sure. Degree wheels should be available for loan at your local autoparts store.
