My 1000th post... Hmmm, I suppose I've joined the rest of the gurus here that "have no life". 
My girlfriend of two years just walked out on me a couple of weeks ago. We weren't fighting, I never cheated on her, she just simply walked away. Needless to say, I took it very hard, and two weeks later I'm just now starting to be able to hold my head up again.
Anyway, I'm not much of a drinker, so when I was depressed I just went out and bought my first ever brand new truck. It's all mine. And unlike my girlfriend, my Ford truck will be there for me every single day from now on. Well, unless some crazy punk steals it I guess.
Material things can't replace the people in our lives...but sometimes you just have to do something to bring a smile back to your face. Know what I mean?
This is a great forum, and my dealer had heard a lot about it when I bought my truck. He talked about it quite a bit. It is a great source of information, and I want to thank all those who own, operate, and manage this website. I tip my hat to you

Well WX I know where you are coming from. been there had the police report to prove it

There is nuthing like the smell of a new truck. Just a very cool experience. I guess your 4.0 is a v6. I don't know alot about the smaller trucks. ladies can kill your soul and\or pull you out of the fires of hell. It all just depends on their motivation. I've had this opinion for a while that some American female's seem to believe that they are automatically guaranteed a 250k home , a new suburban every other year and all they have to do is ride around , talk on their cell and go shopping. I'm sure i'catch ole' billy for this, but that's o.k......sk

I know how you feel about losing your GF. I lost mine about 4 years ago when she moved, and I haven't "gone out with" anyone since. (Talk about being BORED) I'm 17, and she moved when I was about 13. Oh well, my truck keeps me going

Just got married back in Feb. Was married to the same woman over 20 years ago. Didn't last way back then. divorsed. Didn't see her for about 17 years. We been back together for about 5 years now and I wouldn't give her up for nothing. Ya never know what tomorrow will bring!!
