It will work with the tow mirrors. The door side harness has all the needed wiring. I installed the wiring and puddle lamps to my standard mirrors. I robbed the pins/pigtails from a radio adaptor harness to add the extra circuit in the mirror harness. Tow mirrors are "plug and play".

I was going between the F150 style mirrors and the Superduty style, but I've read the marker lights on the superduty style act as a puddle lamp and I wouldn't want to be bothered with rewiring them.
